AUSTIN'S AMETHYST
A customer walked in my store one day with a bunch of old jewelry, odd pieces set with all sizes of diamonds and wanted to do "something" great with them. For me that "something" is the onset of another creative challenge that I am privileged to have in my chosen career. I added her Amethyst birthstone as a focal point for her diamonds and created this gorgeous ring. 14KW.
Being left-handed, I had broken the diamond and bent the prongs several times on my wedding ring due to it's high setting. I gave up wearing it and placed the ring in the safe.
