    AFRICAN WEDDING BANDS

    As my customers tell it, they were drawn to my store as they were driving by late one night. They came in the next day, and we just meshed, the sort of thing that happens when you know that you and the person standing in front of you are on the same wavelength. They left in search for something meaningful they wanted to include in their wedding rings and returned with these African symbols that speak about love. She got the diamond and he decided on a yellow sapphire. It made an interesting combination and a strong statement, no different than they are, as a couple.

    AUSTIN'S AMETHYST

    A customer walked in my store one day with a bunch of old jewelry, odd pieces set with all sizes of diamonds and wanted to do "something" great with them. For me that "something" is the onset of another creative challenge that I am privileged to have in my chosen career.     BEAR CLAW RING

    I had a lot of fun making this gents' ring with the big bear claws on both sides. I've never made anything like it before, and am always up for a challenge. In fact, I love making jewelry for men and wish more men wore jewelry in this part of the country. The gentleman had a large size hand and the ring is a real hunk (of gold), just like him.     CHRISTIANSON'S TOURMALINE

    This gorgeous tourmaline cabachon was beautifully highlighted in this 18KY ring. It is not quite an Indicolite, a deep tourmaline blue, but rather a blue green which I love. It was totally without inclusions. Two of the diamonds came from the customer and we added the rest to complete the design.
