TrilliumWhen the snow begins to thaw in northern Michigan we start to dream of warm weather. And as the Trilliums begin to pop up out of the ground it’s a sure sign that spring has sprung in the woodlands territory. This beautiful and elegant white flower has three wavy, triangular shaped petals that symbolize strength, so needed to endure the cool temperatures. Trilliums are a protected flower species and the first to bloom early in the spring. My favorite “Trillium Time” is a full moon evening just before the trees have leafed out and rather than a ground cover of fresh fallen snow, the woods are carpeted with beautiful white moonlit Trilliums. Their coming is anticipated with great enthusiasm because it is symbolic of the end to an often long winter.
Our collection of Trillium designs in jewelry are as feminine in concept as is the springtime. The designs flow as the flowers themselves and suggest the aroma of its sweetness. First started in 2000, this collection has been cultivated with much love , tender care and continues to bloom. As trilliums take many shapes in nature, so do those in our store. The collection consists of earrings, pendants, rings, brooches and bracelelts in gold and silver, combinations of both metals and sometimes they are highlighted with diamonds, other gemstones and pearls. Special requests are always welcomed.
